St. Andrews University International Undergraduate Scholarship 2024

This entrant scholarship is for international students who will be studying at St Andrews for an undergraduate degree. The scholarship will be awarded as a tuition fee reduction of up to £10,000 per year for each year of the student's undergraduate studies and will be awarded on the basis of financial need.

Selection is on the basis of financial need and/or academic excellence. Please articulate or evidence all of the following that apply to you in the application form.

Aim and Benefits of St. Andrews University Undergraduate Scholarship

The scholarship will be awarded as a tuition fee reduction of up to £10,000 per year for each year of the student's undergraduate studies and will be awarded on the basis of financial need.

Requirements for St. Andrews University Undergraduate Scholarship Qualification

• Applicants must be able to demonstrate a case for financial need.
• Applicants must have previously received needs-based funding.
• Applicants must be coming from a neighbourhood that is classed as a socio-economically disadvantaged area.
• Applicants must be able to provide evidence of a first-class grade point average (GPA).
• Applicants must have a proven record of academic excellence and show future leadership potential.
• Applicants must be able to demonstrate non-academic achievement and/or leadership qualities.
• Applicants must have a physical, unseen, or learning disability.
• Applicants must be part of a minority group.

This scholarship is available for application via the International Undergraduate scholarship through the scholarships and funding catalogue in the Scholarships and Funding section of My application.

After you have applied to a new course beginning in the academic year 2025, you will be provided with login details for the My application portal. You must allow at least two working days for processing and issue of your log in details before you can apply for this scholarship.
